More from this past weekend....

This past Saturday, I was able to spend a fun filled morning/afternoon with my special girls (Aunt Peg, Erin, K & B) and Baby Cole! These pictures were taken from my phone, so they aren't all that great - but, you can see they had a good time at the park on a gorgeous day! Kaleigh was practicing softball at the field next to us and Annie was at her first Sox game with her mom and dad!

The weekend

Calvin and Bennett went to their first Wolves game this past Sunday! They sat right behind the Wolves bench and were welcomed to their first game on the jumbotron! Our little hockey fans had a good time with their mom and dad. They each were able to bring a friend as well......very nice! =0)
Megan's best friend Patty gave them the tickets - as she is a season ticket holder - what a nice girl and what a fun treat!

Change CAN be good!

TODAY is a BIG day at the Bauer house! WE, yes, the Bauer's at 1101 79th Street - are actually getting NEW CARPETING!
I can't wait to see how different the house looks! The years of kids and puppy smells will now be gone. What a great feeling!
We will see most of you sometime soon - so, feel free to christen the new carpeting! =0)

Baby Cole's 1st Birthday Party!

Baby Cole was as sweet as ever during his first birthday party! Lots and lots of family and friends came to his celebration - it was adorable and a fun, fun time!

How fast a year goes by....

This upcoming weekend we will be celebrating a special one year olds birthday! It will be one year ago next week that our sweet Baby Cole was brought into our lives! He was born quite the fighter and is now one of the sweetest, calmest and lovable babies I have ever met! His laugh melts our hearts!

Sunny Days and Princesses...

On my train ride into the Loop this morning - our little Annie popped into my head. One of her favorite sayings every morning is "It's a SUNNY DAY!"- whether it is sunny or not.

I am wishing some sun on our little princesses in Disney World....it has been raining quite a bit during their visit to see Mickey. I CANNOT WAIT to see their pictures and hear all of the stories of their magical adventure! =0)

One of the things that makes me happiest in life - are my cousin's children. With them - there is always a story to tell, a laugh to be had - or, maybe just some COMPLETE CHAOS - but, they are what bring me the most joy in my life - I love them with every bit of my heart!

I started this blog to keep track of updates on them - and everyone else in our family. I hope that we ALL can give a little to this page - every day, once a week, once a month - whenever! Share a story - a picture - or, maybe just how your day is going!

I love the idea of having this space to all come together at - (even though it isn't Aunt Nan's/Nancy's house - it will do)! =0)
